Can Pirate's League Get Rained Out?

I have friends at WDW right now whose sons are signed up to do Pirate's League at MK this afternoon. It's raining pretty hard. She asked if they will cancel it. I said I didn't think so except for perhaps the parade part. Does anyone know? TIA.

The parade part, sure. That's at a certain time, though. The face makeup part is all indoors in a piratey salon type of place. No reason to cancel all those appointments.
