Can one day passes be purchased at your resort or at the park prior to park opening?

I've purchased hoppers many times at Boardwalk but never a 1 day pass. This is the fisrt time I've ever purchased a single day ticket, but we only have 4 hoppers left over from last year and I need 1 more day. I'd like to buy one for the Magic Kingdom on the same day that we have an early breakfast at CRT. I'm worried that I won't be able to purchase a ticket at the MK gates prior to park opening and our breakfast is at 8:30.

1 day/1 park tickets are available at your resort Guest Services or at the front desk. You can get the ticket before the day you actually need it. You need not wait until the day you will use it.

Wow, thanks Gail! All the info. I ever needed to know about park passes! Just in case anyone was wondering, it appears that you can buy 1 day passes at you resort, and the resort can also check your old park hoppers to determine if they are still valid.
