Although I have not tried it, I believe you can get a replacement card in person at SSR.

I can confirm it is true. They did replace mine because the name was misspelled.

We did this, but ordered new ones. Twice they were supposedly "lost" in the mail, according to DVC. We got the third, 3 months later!

Head over to SSR, to the DVC centre there, you can get a card reprinted; if you can call in advance they can probably preprint them and you'll need to show ID to pick them up.

I guess I'm missing something-I honestly don't know why you need to bring your DVC card with you. For any discounts, I just showed my room key-that has DVC member printed on it. And when I got my Annual Pass, since I'd forgotten to bring my DVC card, they took the membership # from DH's card. If I'd been traveling alone, I could have gone to the member's website, logged in, and gotten my member's # off that. Then a driver's liscence would verify that it's me. Is there something I'm missing? I admit that it's possible-I never realized the importance of having my ID with me until guest services refused to sell me a TIW card without my ID.
