Can non guest use back Epcot entrance

I have searched around on the DIS and haven't found any definite answers. I am wanting to visit The Beach Club resort one morning before our reservation at Norway. Can we valet park and look around and enter through the back entrance even though we are not guest at The Beach Club. This would work perfect for us because we also have a late reservation at the Rose and Crown. I have seen some places that say yes and some that say you can only enter after 11am unless you our a guest of one of the Epcot resorts. We are staying at All Star Music this time around.

Yes, anyone who can get there can use the International Gateway.

And the best part is that entrance is almost never crowded. Super easy and quick.

I have done this a few times and no has ever asked where I am staying at

There is a Ticket Booth and Guest Relations at the IG.

Anyone walking from HS to EP (or taking the boats) would also be coming to the IG, so it's definitely open to everyone with a ticket.

Yes, I don't think there is a regular bus from BC to the front of EPCOT, you can walk or (longer) take a friendship boat to IG.

The IG opens when the main entrance opens. There should also be a CM with a list for those with a pre park opening ADR.

Yes, the IG Entrance opens as the same time as the park, even though WS opens at 11 every day. You will be allowed to walk around the Canada side of WS to Future World, or the other way to the pastry shop in France as it is open for breakfast (but you can't go further in that direction).

Thanks everyone. This is going to work out great for my group. I start to feel very anxious when everyone starts to leave a park at the same time and normally skip the fireworks but hopefully it won't be aso bad this way☆☆
