I'm not a wine drinker, but I AM a diet Pepsi drinker. Wondering if I could put a few 16 oz bottles in my carry on luggage when I board the ship?

You may bring onboard whatever, and however much you wish, of non-alcoholic drinks. It just needs to be in your carry on bags.
