No, I don't think stuff can be sent ahead of time. I know at the check-ins, there was an area for luggage for people who came alone.

Nope, she'll have to bring things with, or have you send them down once she finds out her address.

If you are staying at a Disney resort when she checks in you could send a box to yourself ahead of time. Then take it over when she gets the apt.
