Can my 12 year old brother help me move in to my apartment? My mother would like to help me move into my apartment (hopefully Patterson) but she has to take care of my 12 year old brother as well. I saw that is says "no one under the age of 18 allowed in the housing" but do they make an exception for family on move in day? Please help me with this so my mom can make arrangements for someone to come with us to babysit him (hopefully we don't have to do that because that would be expensive I imagine) Thanks! :goodvibes

Family is allowed to help with moving in on check-in. Also, family is allowed to come visit during the CP. I never had any problems getting my little brothers in to come visit me (the first time, they were 6 and 9).

I'm pretty sure the "no one under 18 allowed in housing" rule is meant for people living there. Not for visitors. So, no one under the age of 18 can live in Disney housing, but they can visit.

I believe that is how they mean it, my sister is in the program and we visit her often and I'm 17 and I've never had a problem going in :)

From what they told us is that people under the age of 18 are allowed as long as they are accompainied by an adult guest up until a certain time at night (that time of night escapes me at this point
