Can MS upgrade my dining plan from DP to DDP?

We are thinking of upgrading to deluxe but already have the regular....can MS do this without penalty? We are checking in in only 3 days if that makes a difference. THanks everyone!!

Changes to the dining plan can be made up to 2 days prior to your check-in date.
