Can MS check AAA rates?

I need to add a DVC room on cash to our reservation. I do not think I will be offered the 25% member discount since it is during Easter week. Would MS be able to check on a AAA rate, or would I have to go through CRO for that?

You'll have to go through CRO to get a AAA rate. And then make sure both CRO and MS note the other reservation on their reservation. If they don't and you don't notify CM at checkin, you will surely have to check out and move. Otherwise, you might be able to check out and check back into the same room. But it is not automatic. You have to set it up.
