Can kids under 48" go on crush'n'gusher with an adult?

This looks really fun and my son is 47 inches tall. How strict are they with the height restrictions?

Hi,

No, you must be 48 inches...it's a safety requirement like any of the theme park rides with height restrictions.

Your son might be able to squeak by when you go, the Disney measuring tools are not terribly precise. But then again, due to the lack of precision he may come up a couple of inches short. I would prepare him (and yourself!) that he will not be able to do it--and then maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised.

They are very strict. My DS was able to go on all the rides in the park that are 48 inches with his normal tennis shoes on BUT when we tried Gusher his head just touched the stick and they wouldn't let him go on._

There is no way he will get on if he is 47 inches my son was exactly 48 inches and he couldn't go on.

Okay, thanks for the replies. I did measure him again and he is right at 48" so I guess it could go either way.

Either way I'm sure he will have a great time and that I will be exhausted by the end of it all.

Disney does not offer or accept height requirement waivers. Even if both parents swear a blood oath that if anything happens to their dear child, who really wants to do this attraction, that nobody will sue Disney does not matter.

If a person does not meet the height requirements for an attraction, as measured by Disney, they cannot go on that attraction.
