Can IPO get ADR's that aren't showing online

I was wondering if the IPO office, club level, can get ADR 's that aren't available to the general public online? Has anyone had this happen? Thanks for your help.

Do you mean ADRs that show no availability? I don't believe they have any "priority" in getting guests into restaurants that are booked up. But they may have more time than you do to keep checking for a cancellation.

Yes, I mean restaurants that show no availability. I should have written a better question.

Beach club IPO was able to get us a Tusker house breakfast that was completely booked, but Chef Mickeys they told us nothing was available but I was able to find one on my own later that day.

In my case they seemed to be able to book things slightly earlier than the 180 + 10 like tours. They also were able to get times that I couldn't online. What I was seeing at 180 out was maybe only 15-20 mins off what I wanted but the IPO got me the exact times.
