Can illuminations be seen from the BCV?

Just wondering if there is anywhere near the beach club where you can view illuminations.

Depends on your room location. Some rooms high up facing Epcot, yes you can see them (we did!). You can also see them from the beach in front of the BC and the walkway over to Epcot. It was really neat one night watching a movie with the kids on the beach and then Illuminations started in the middle of the movie. It was great!

There are also some villas at the BCV where you can hear it all and see light, but no Illuminations at all.

In October, we were on the 5th floor, in a studio beside a stairwell, across from the smaller elevator. We had a double balcony because of the stairwell. At first I was not impressed with our view, as it was the road, a lot of trees, and the top of Spaceship Earth. However, on our first night, we learned that our view of Illuminations was awesome! We could also look to the left and see the MK fireworks in the distance. Since I'd had surgery the day before we went to WDW, we had more early nights than usual. That allowed us to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony several times.
