No. I wish! I have heard that it can be seen from some of the beaches at CBR, though.

We haven't seen the fireworks from POR -- however, we have seen them from POFQ. Best location we've found = 3rd floor, Bldg 1, looking across the parking area towards Epcot. BTW this is the farthest bldg from POR.

You can clearly hear the fireworks at POFQ and most of POR.
