Like throughout an ENTIRE performance of Aladdin while sitting right in front of you.

It's not only distracting and annoying, but also can be a medical hazard for some people. I've had migraines triggered by people aiming their flash or their video cameras in my face on dark rides. People on other boards have reported the same problem. So for all those people out there reading this, PLEASE pay attention to the ride announcements ("No flash photography, please") on dark rides and put away the cameras, iPads, cell phone cameras, etc. Thank you!
I do wish disney had a way for guests to purchase a dvd of the attractions they want and then pay accordingly. You could buy the whole park or just your favorites. I believe they do (or did) have something like that with their music/songs.
Of course some people would still tape their own since they won't pay extra but personally I would prefer a professionally done dvd where I could choose the ones I wanted. I'd be happy to pay for that. We just got back from a trip there and don't know if we will be able to go again and I kept thinking they should offer this product.
I agree with the above - so annoying to a video screen going the whole time on the ride. I also don't really get it. You can find better quality pictures and videos online. Why miss out on the experience of the ride by looking through a camera the whole time?
No, I will take pictures (as they are not saying pictures are not allowed), but without the flash or video lighting. It is not only rude to use the flash or video lighting during the dark rides, it also causes the pictures to not come out properly.

This only works if you actually know how to turn off your flash! I've encountered many people who have no idea how to do this or they've never bothered to learn what settings to use in the dark, so they just continue blinding people and ignoring the annoyance/pain they cause others. No one is perfect, and even the best photographer may accidently let loose with the flash on occasion, but a little consideration for others sure would make the happiest place on earth a lot happier.
