Can I use someone elses code?

Hi all! I'm new to posting but not lurking I got the 20% off code in an email and it talked about ordering the planning dvd. My friend got the mailer in the mail today for 40% off though! She's never been except when she was little but her DH had signed up for something a few years ago on the Disney website and so they get occasional mailings and emails. She has no plans on using the code so she gave me the mailer. I'm sure the answer is probably no but can I use their code for our ressies? TIA!

I gues it just depends on who you get on the phone. I don't know if they are "supposed" to let you do it, but my mom got one last year and she never goes on trips with us. I called and told them it was in my mom's name and they let me use it.
