Can I use multiple tickets in one day

1. Correct.
2. Right.
3. That is correct when using what is now called "Park Hopper PLUS" (what used to be called, "Water Park Fun and More.")
4. Still correct.
5. Correct. Two (or more) different regular entries to THEME PARKS in one day requires having the Park Hopper option.
So if I’m going to be there for 12 nights, I can use my 10-day PH+ for 10 days in the parks and for the additional two days I can use the water parks, even though it’s only a 10-day pass, as long as it is all used within 14 days of first use. Am I understanding correctly?

Yes. You can also overlap 1-8 days.

I'll guess you mean:

With a Park Hopper PLUS ticket, the "PLUS options" (water parks, etc.) can be used
either "alone" on any given day, or used on a day when the guest also visits a theme park for part of the day.

Visit a park and a water park the same day, not just visit water parks on Sun-Times park days.
