Can I use DDP on Christmas Day?

I have a ressie at Chef Mickey's for dinner on Christmas Day and I'm on the dining plan. But now I hear about holiday surcharges. Will I be able to use the dining plan on Christmas day and are there extra charges on top of that? If so, what do I get for the extra charges? are the characters in holiday attire? Thanks!!
