2026 MMB info Announced

So, I apologize since I'm sure that this has been asked in the last 35 pages, but if someone could please pretend I am a 5-year-old and explain this in simple terms:

I understand that MMB is tied to the person, not the contract, but I'm not sure I'm understanding if, say, two spouses can buy and use it separately on the same membership or contract? Or dose each spouse have to have their own, separate membership number or their own separate contract to each buy it?

In other words, since my wife and I are both listed on all of our contracts and we only have one UY/one membership number, can we each buy MMB separately, or can we only buy one between us?

Thanks :o
You both can buy, but can only access the BOGO OTUP once per use year. If you have trips across use years, you both can get BOGO OTUP

You can both buy MMB. What you can't do is both take advantage of the BOGO OTUP in the same membership and in the same UY.

Setting aside the BOGO OTUP, you would both get the benefits of MMB. You'd each get the one time photo pass. You'd each get priority access to lounges (although, that is only going to be beneficial if you are going to the lounges separately or have separate groups of guests you'd want to bring with you).

For the BOGO OTUP, say you have a June UY and all your contacts are in that UY, so just one membership. If you both buy MMB, you could use the BOGO OTUP in your 2025 June UY, and your spouse could buy BOGO OTUP in your 2026 June UY.

Thanks very much to both of you.

Since the only reason I bought MMB this year was to use BOGO OTUP towards our APs, which we renew at the same time, then it seems pointless for both of us to buy it then. Unless, we could somehow stagger our AP renewals.... But that seems like a lot of mental effort just to save $125 or whatever it is.

I will be perfectly honest I have no idea even though I have boughten 2 MMBs. We are both on both of our memberships.

My guess would be it sparked more sales with the BOGO free OTU points.

I used them to help buy my AP and I love the rates stayed the same, given they just increased the cash price!

It may very well have helped owners with extra points to trade for the AP vs renting.
Does that mean if you pay $99 for the pass, you can buy 24 points for $240 so $10 a point?

Sorry if I missed it. Is there a chart somewhere with the discounted ticket prices per week? and the cost to upgrade to a hopper?

also, does the 'weekday only' part apply to the water park tickets that are included?

They got rid of the chart from last year and now just list it by date range on which discount is applied. You then have to go to the WDW site and plug in your dates to get an idea but you have to select the water parks and more option.

Both the hopper and the non hopper are the $140 or $80 price.

When checking make sure to see where the first day you select aligns to the savings date range.

Save $140 Date ranges 1/12-1/16, 1/20-2/13, 2/17-4/2, 4/6-10/29,11/12-11/19, 11/30-12/17
Save $80 Date ranges 1/17-1/19, 2/14-2/16, 4/3-4/5, 10/30-11/1,11/20-11/29, 12/18-12/31

You could of course call Member Services and they will tell you the exact price but this will get you a ball park.

Also the Water park tickets can be used on any day however if you are arriving early enough in the summer remember you get the waterpark for free on check-in day.

Thanks. One more Q: I just realized that the trip I'm planning is on my MIL's points and not ours (she never goes anymore so I forgot). Could she purchase MMB and then buy discounted tickets for everyone for the trip even though she's not going?

I'm bummed because we were going to try for a MM event but we can't if she isn't there with us when we're on her points. :-(

Do your points qualify for MM? If so it shouldn't matter who's points you are using on the reservation just make sure you are the lead guest.
