Can I use a permanent marker

We (16 of us) are going to DL this weekend and I made tshirts for all of us. I was thinking the kids could get their shirts signed, would using a permanent marker be ok for this, or will it bleed through?

I've used the fine Sharpies on pillowcases and they were OK.

Have a great time at Disneyland. Hopefully it won't be too hot.

Keep in mind, the characters won't sign anything that is being WORN at the moment. Yes, Sharpie will possibly bleed through. Put a manilla folder between the layers of the shirt to prevent this.................P
