Can I upgrade to an annual pass at my resort?

staying at POR. Can I upgrade my park hopper to an annual pass at the resort? Or do I have to go to a park?

I know from experience that you cannot upgrade at the resort. You have to go to a park or the ticket and transportation center to do the upgrade.

Yes, there are actually two locations at DS.
It also can be done outside the gates at all of the park gates (including Epcot's International Gateway,) or inside the parks at Guest Relations, or at TTC.
