I have never stayed behind the Mickey & Friends parking structure before so I am curious...If you stay at one of the hotels behind there, are you able to walk into the parking structure and take the tram into Downtown Disney?? I just feel that would be easier than walking aaaaaall the way around to the main walk way :crazy2:

Yes...however while it may reduce a few physical steps it is typically quicker just to walk.

S. Walnut to Miagic Way then there is a walkway that drops you into DTD vs double backing into the parking garage and around to the tram.

Ah okay. I was a local for the last few years so I'm used to using the trams, but I wasn't sure where the opening was. Thank you!

It depends on which end of the parking structure you are closer to. If you are closer to the intersection of Ball Rd. and Disneyland Dr., it is no big deal to walk south on Disneyland Dr. (east side has the sidewalk) to Magic Way, cross at the crosswalk, and go in to the Pixar Pals/M&F structures for bag check and the trams. And there is now a pedestrian bridge that goes over Magic Way from Pixar Pals to the Stitch lot, with a pathway that leads right to the DTD bag check. There is also a pedestrian entrance to that pathway -- you can see it under the bridge on Magic Way. If you are staying on the western side of the parking structures, closer to Walnut, then the directions posted above will work fine.
