Can I take Super Shuttle-From Hotel to Hotel?

Thanks for the post. I may change my mind closer to August, but my current thinking is that we'll use a taxi both to and from SNA. We've made maybe 25 trips to Disneyland over the past ten years, taking a variety of shuttles to and from both LAX and SNA, and on only one occasion did we encounter a major accident (from LAX) that added maybe an hour of travel time. As you point out, the convenience of taking a taxi probably makes it worth while to gamble on having good traffic.

A totally unrelated question just occurred to me. Since we are a family of four, if we get a regular car as a taxi I'd have to sit in the front seat with the driver. I assume there are no weird rules with certain or all California cab companies which ban passengers from sitting in the front passenger seat? If there is, when I order a taxi from the hotel I guess I'd need to specify a van. Like I already mentioned, we travel with carry on luggage only, so all of our stuff will easily fit in the trunk of a standard car.

No, I've sat in the front seat many times. :)

Thanks for confirming this. When travelling, I have a tendency to worry about insignificant things.

I've decided I'll let the summer SuperShuttle discount codes determine whether I use a taxi or SuperShuttle. Last summer, there was a code which was good for a free person. I get emails from SuperShuttle which gives their current discount codes, so if I can book a shuttle for $33 each way (with 4th person free), then that's what I'll do. The only minor thing I find inconvenient about SuperShuttle is that recently they've tended to arrive at the end of the pickup window, so we're often sitting in the lobby of the hotel for 20 or so minutes waiting for the shuttle to arrive.

Well, thank you for all the advice. I have decided to book my last night at the Tropicana. We will just stay there for our entire trip. It will be nice to spend our last night in the parks. I think the idea of a taxi back to the airport is the best idea. No waiting for others to be picked up on the way.
