Can I take a tour of BLT?

We will be in "the world" from December 10-13 and I'd love to take a tour of BLT. How do I go about doing that? I wasn't sure where they had the model studios set up.

The BLT model rooms are located at the DVC Sales Center @ SSR. Members can view the models daily 5 to 7 pm. If you are not already an owner, you would need to schedule a sales presentation (tour).

If we're already an owner, what should we do? We've left a couple of messages with our sales guy and he's not returned our calls. We were going to make a ressie to meet with him as we thought it would make all our lives easier, but maybe that's not what I need to do?
