Can I take a little backpack on the rides?

Hi,
I just got back from Cedar Point and was suprised I couldn't tuck my little backpack/purse around my leg on the rides like I could last year. Does anyone know if Disney lets you? I know on the Rockin' Roller Coaster four years ago I could.

When we went Dec. '05, my dd had a small backpack. If we could sit comfortably with it on our backs, we just turned it around and wore it on our front after we strapped ourselves in.

Yes, as long as you can put them under your seat.

We took Kids school backpack and took it on all the rides. It just must fit under the seat.

It has to fit under the seat on rides that have that available. On other things, you can strap it around your legs so that you don't lose it.

the only thing i carry is a backpack. very easy to just fit the straps around my ankles and stuff the bag behind my legs. i did realize that a lot of the rides however do have little holders for your bags
