Can I Substitute Turkey For Chicken In This Recipe?

I have this stupid HUGE turkey breast I have been trying to get rid of for a while.

A friend, the other day, gave me a "Chicken Green Chili" recipe. It sounds delicious. It's basically chili beans, green chilis, diced peppers, diced carrots, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, corn and shredded chicken.

Can I substitute this stupid turkey for the chicken?

Don't see any reason you couldn't.

I'm always substituting turkey for chicken and vice versa. If it's part of a dish, I really can't tell the difference.

Yep - I would easily interchange the two...just depends what you have available!
