Can I stretch out my park hoppers???

We have a 5 night / 6 day hopper on the Disney Dining Plan in September.

We are thinking about adding a few nights to make it a solid 7 nights/8 days (especially since Disney is offering a $96 a night for select nights).

Once your tickets are activated can I stretch out my 6 hopper over 8 days (e.g., perhaps take a "theme park" day off and head to Downtown Disney or pool)?

Thoughts?

non expiring tickets are good for 14 cons days once activated.

I don't have the "no expiration" option on my tickets so I assume they expire as soon as our 6 days are over....

I'm sorry; but, the answer to your question is YES! you can stretch them out


-the will expire as soon as you use up all the days or 14 days from the first day activated
-once you activate at the gates you have 14 days to use the tickets

Great! We have tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I assume we can hang at the pool until 430pm and can use those separate - pre-paid tickets and that won't coun't against our 6 days (park hopper).

Also if DW wants to go on shopping spree at Downtown Disney on another day that we can skip the parks and that won't count either!

alot of people will go to DTD or the waterparks instead of a park
i.e.; Monday- MK; tue - Blizzard Beach; wed--epcot; thur -- DTD/resort day; fri- AK;
Sat - HS; Sun - Typhoon L; Mon- MK/epcot
-anyway this is just an example of how people skip around and use hoopers
-we usually hop from one park in the morning and a different park in the evening w/ swimming or naps in the middle of the day we even did DTD one day for lunch
-we left MK took a bus to POFQ took the boat to DTD had lunch at DTD took the bus back to our resort and later went to HS

about the MNSSHP I'm sure you are correct but I'm not absolute about the answer on that one--we have not atteneded any of the extra ticket events as of yet!!

If you want to add extra days to your ticket they will only cost $3 a piece.

We always do that when we have tickets for a night time party. We go to DTD at least one day a trip, we have even been to the movies there. We have done resort tour days too, particularly at Christmas. We also rented a pontoon boat at Wilderness Lodge one day. It is great to throw in some non-park days!

We purchase Park Hopper Plus Water Park. If you only go to the water park on a particular day, it does not use up one of your "theme" park days. This is a good activities for your in-between days
