Can I still add DDP using Pin code

Just curious if I can add the DDP when I call in if I'm using the 40% room only PIN?

We did that .....we got the 40% off pin and they asked if we'd like to add park tickets and dining plan. So we added park hoppers and deluxe dining. The 40% off was only on the room, not the package price. But, for us it worked out to be SO much more of a savings than if we did free dining and upgraded to deluxe.
