I want to ship my stuff for my new owner's locker, but also want to ship a smaller box of "tinkerbell gifts" for my girls that I want separate that will be fairly small. Is there an OKW charge? TIA!

there wasn't a charge in December. We were there over Christmas and had shipped down 3 large boxes via FedEx. When we checked in the front desk told us the boxes were there (I had already known that having tracked them on the FedEx site), and we just called Bell Services and within the hour they were delivered to our room. No charge. I think I read somewhere that the charge is only incurred at one of the convention center resorts, e.g. BWV, Contemporary

There have been mixed reports now of non-convention resorts now charging a processing fee. I guess you will find out when you receive the boxes.

Thanks for the responses, we are trying to just bring carry-on luggage so I guess we'll roll the dice with the fees. Plus, I can't risk my girls finding the little gifts as they mess up our suitcases!

you're fine shipping to Old Key West...it's on the convention hotels (Contemporary, Coronado, Boardwalk, (Beach/Yacht) that charge to handle packages.

Make sure you ship the package to yourself...don't use the postal service..and use this street address:

1510 North Cove Road
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

I'd also include your arrival date..you won't need the reservation number.

Glad to have you as a Member of Owner's Locker!

Thank you so much! I have been gathering items for months so it will be nice to just leave it all there for future visits and we can't wait to use your service!

Disney just confirmed that non-convention resorts are suppose to charge for outbound package processing, not inbound. When asked if the charge applied to DVC resorts also, their response was "all resorts".

How early do you need to ship to get a package there? Looks like you are not shipping directly to your resort. (Would be so much easier to have my diapers sent ahead for the kids)
