Can I sell pixie dust?

I don't think it's true you need ADRs for pixie dust. I think the only thing you need is a wishlist! ;)

Can you mail it to me?? I can pay with Paypal!! We are heading down on Thursday and with the weather forcast being what it is I can use all the pixie dust I can get. I can pay extra for Fedex overnight!!!

Will I be in worse trouble if I try to sell fake pixie dust? ... after all I have alot of dust around ... just not the pixie kind.

Will I run the risk of being gator food?

You are all firghtening my sleeping dust bunnies they think they are going to be sold!!!!

If I want to purchase some pixie dust, then how do I know if it's the real kind or imitation?
Does the UG say anything about this?
Is there a certain time of the day that is best for buying the pixie dust?

Wow, next time remind me to make threads making fun of some of the ridiculous things I've seen you guys asking about. :sad2: Freaking idiot people on these boards make me sick sometimes . . . just because YOU wouldn't ask it doesn't mean that something like this is called for. :furious:

Real anger or sarcasim? If it is real anger, then all I can say is wow. If it is sarcasim, I think we need an icon, etc that displays tone of voice, etc. Some of these posts are too hard to figure out if the poster is for real or not. :confused3 Things meant to be a joke are blown way out of whack and visa versa. hmmm.. never a dull moment on the DIS.

BTW, I think the OP was being funny. I see threads all the time where people poke fun at others. My opinion, if you don't like what is being said.... don't participate in the discussion. And if you do participate be prepared to defend your thoughts to the death. (just something I have learned the hard way)

Oh, c'mon. Give the "can I sell fastpasses" guy a BREAK ALREADY! He asked a question, gave legitimite reasons, and apologized. It was a QUESTION. Now who's the one who needs to spread some pixie dust?

Thank you!

(By the way, no, I don't buy/sell fastpasses, reuse refillable mugs, buy/sell strollers, or murder princesses and fairies :rotfl2: )

I guess the name-calling is called for, though? :confused3

No, that's called real anger. It completely ticks me off when people jump all over a person for asking a question in all seriousness, and it's even worse when they drag it into separate threads. This one was based off of someone asking if they could sell Fastpasses; legitimate question, many theme parks do. I wonder how the OP would feel if I picked one of their threads and made fun of them for asking a question. Or how any of these people would. Should I make fun of you next time you ask a question, dreamergirl? We'll see how you like it, okay?

Its a freaggin message board. People should have their fun. I dont think anyone is taking a parody of a thread too harshly...Well, except you, apperantly. YOU need some pixie dust buddy.... I'll sell some to you for $10 including shipping!

A parody made to make fun of someone who was asking a question. How fun!

I agree with you to a point-but I put a wink in my comments when they aren't serious, because I truly believe it was all 'in fun', and not to 'make fun'. Silly threads start on the DVC boards all the time, especially recently with all the new policies and enforcement of old ones. To some people-especially those of us making hurricane preparations yet again--it's a release from the 'real' everyday stuff, and never intended to make fun of anyone at all.

Chances are that most people would have never related it back to the other thread--until you brought it up.

if it really bothers you, just move on to the next thread, or not... Your choice. I'm sure the OP of the other thread isnt shedding a tear out there.

Ok, first of all calm down. I was one of the people in Mr. Selling Fastpasses' thread that actually said not to jump all over him. Secondly if you don't like things being brought over from other threads then I think you are on the wrong board. Because I see it happen all the time here. So you were upset by how Mr. Fastpass (sorry can't remember his handle) was treated. Rightfully so. But then how is it ok for YOU to come to ANOTHER thread and dog the poster? Isn't it the same thing? I am not against people asking serious questions. I am not even against debates. In fact, I love them! But don't be a pot calling the kettle black. Don't do what you are sooooo against. K?

Excuse me, but where did the pixie dust thread go? I wanted to see about spreading some around, but my supply seems to be low. So, I'll just insert a dancing banana here:

Lets say I'm at the MK, and I get too much from all of the kind DISers that I meet...would it be possible to sell it by the gram to people who walk into the park?

I will have a double stroller, so I should have plenty of room to carry it...but there's only so much room in the car....

Thanks in advance.

ROFLMAO..... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: (deeceesw-illegal Hopper pass seller on Ebay)

As the OP of the "other thread," or "Mr. Fastpass" as my close friends call me, I can say that I have found this thread perfectly hilarious, and have contributed several posts along the way. Part of this, of course, is because the OP of THIS thread was one of my most staunchest defenders on the "other" thread. In fact, I'm not so sure that the target of this parody isn't the pixie-dust spreading critics of the "other" thread.

That said, I appreciate the concern. I thought the response to the "other" thread was a bit over the top, and it's comforting to see that others saw it the same way. But I'm through with that argument and that thread now, and I have no problem poking a little fun at myself. (As I also did in the "Rude people at Epcot" thread.)

So enough of this sidetrack. Let's get back to the real questions at hand. Such as ...

What's the best way to get Pixie Dust into your system? Snort it? Inject it? Smoke it? What works best?
