We are going 1st week of June, not staying onsite, is it possible to see everything in both park in 2 days?

Not everything but you should be able to get lots done. If you are a big harry potter fan that will soak up a lot of time.

I would say it's definitely possible if you purchase the FOTL pass for both days, do the parks open to close and have a 2 day park to park pass so you do the Harry Potter train from US to IOA or vice verse. Like the previous pp said tho, if you are a hug HP fan, that area is time consuming. We are not, so we walked through, ride the rides and went on our way.

If you get there for opening, stay all day till close and plan on not lingering too long in any area , maybe. If you want to spend a leisurely time exploring Harry Potter and see all the shows in both parks, probably not.

Do you want to see and do EVERYTHING- all of the rides, show, character meets? I am not a Universal expert but if the answer to that question is yes, then I am going to say 2 days won't be enough, especially without EP. My family just did two days last month (staying on-site, with the park hopper option). We were able to do everything we wanted, BUT we skipped A LOT (spider man, mummy, transformers, shrek, HRRR, the "kiddie" rides, the shows). If we had wanted to do those things, we would have had trouble fitting it all in. But then again, we rode FJ two times, Gringott's 3 times, Dr Doom and the barges 2 times each and my DD10 tried the rock climbing wall in IOA. We also went to all of the interactive wand spots. So, i think it all comes down to your touring style and want you want to do.

Thanks all! I think we're going to do 3 days. Son is huge into Harry Potter and Jurassic Park. We've never seen any of the Harry Potter stuff!

3 days sounds good. Definitely take your time in the harry potter areas, my DD loves the interactive wand and doing all the spells. The harry potter shops are all well worth looking in too.

Even without the FOTL passes, you should be able to see almost everything in two days that week, IME. We normally go the 2nd week of June, and manage to hit darn near everything without having the Express Passes. We don't do the big roller coasters, but we do darn near everything else. If you get there right at opening, you can ride a lot of the best rides with minimal waits while everyone else rushes off to HP. We did the two big HP rides this past summer late, late in the day on June 7 and only waited about 30 min for each. The only ride we wanted to ride and did not b/c of the line was DM. Even getting there just before opening time, the line was always in excess of 45 min (and usually 2 hrs), so we decided to skip it.

Despicable Me is always difficult. We got to the park one day only 20 minutes after opening and the line was already at 45 minutes. I'd say make a beeline for it right at opening.

If Universal Studios is the early entry park then dispicable me will be open. We always do the ride on one of our early enrty days, the line later is always long even in October on less busy days.

sorry just saw you are offsite. I'd get there before opening andhead straight to despicable me one day, they usually let you in a little before official opening time.
