Never did this before but we have lost 2 A/P vouchers. We bought them in the park last summer because we had two tickets to upgrade so no CC number for them to look up. We did however take a picture on our cell of the vouchers with all of the numbers showing. Can we get them reprinted or replaced at Guest Services?

Also, does an A/P still give you a discount on valet parking?

Thanks,

Penny

Most vouchers can not be redeemed unless you have the original voucher. But since you purchase the AP vouchers from Universal studios itself, you will most likely be able to have them reprinted and redeemed. The picture must have a good view of the numbers over or under the barcode. They will check to make sure they haven't been redeemed. There is no guarantee that they can replace them though. AP vouchers are just like losing cash. Anyone can redeem them and are not associated with any name. Make sure you can give them the exact date that you purchase them and where you purchased them. The people at Guest Services will need to determine if they are indeed your vouchers. There is always that possibility that you took a picture of someone else's vouchers. Then Guest Services could be in trouble if they redeem them and they aren't yours. You know that they are yours but it is almost impossible for them to know for sure. Good luck! I think they will redeem them but my guess is just that, a guess.

Thank you. The picture is on an Iphone and you can zoom in to read everything very clearly. The transaction date and number are on there as well as the ticket numbers. I sure hope they can reprint/replace them. In all the years we have been going to Florida this is the only time we have ever been so careless.

Well if I was a bettin' woman, I would say your chances are pretty good to get them reprinted. I'd give it a 75% chance. They can pull up the transaction for when the tickets were purchased and determine if it was cash or Credit card. They will probably ask you that. If you have the same credit card, then I would say you would have a 100% chance of getting it reprinted. With cash, your chances would be less but is long as your story is credible, I think the odds are still in your favor.
