Can I rent Van with built in car seats????

How do I know if the van will have the built in car seats or not? I have looked up rates etc and they ask if you would like to rent a car seat, but there is no place to see if the van will have them already.

We rented a minivan (Chevy Venture, IIRC) from National using Emerald Reserve, so we could pick our vehicle. Pretty much all of the vans we looked at had integrated child safety seats. But they won't guarantee that a vehicle with those seats will be available.
