Can I rent a car while AT Disney?

We're doing a Magical Gathering in June for 16 of us, and nearly all of them are first-timers. Many of them do not 'get it' that they don't need a car if we stay onsite, which we are. Anyway, is there a rental car location, of ANY kind, ON Disney property? Can anyone suggest an alternative? I'm thinking of just renting the lowest priced, smallest car just to appease them, and watch them see the car sit all week!

THere is a National Rental place near Magic Kingdom, and another by Epcot. I think it is at the Swan/Dolphin.
