Can I re-freeze hot dogs?

currently eating a refrozen hot dog from last wek end,, thawed today,, ( all we had in house after trip) if it kills me i wont let ya know

Sounds like it would be ok, just keep it in a air tight container and let it defrost when you want to eat it.

I think fine but possibly a degradation in texture, if that is possible with a hot dog, LOL.

ok dog is eaten,, and i am still living.. so far so good, well for a hot dog anyway..lol

I know you should refreeze raw meat but since hot dogs are fully cooked you s/b ok. Are they completely thawed? If they have even a little ice crystals on them then it's fine.

I'm gonna go for it! I want to take them on a camping trip and I like to pack all my food frozen.

I'll know which ones are the re-freezes and I'll just make sure *I* don't eat them! LOL!!
