I know park hoppers can go on room keys, but what about APs. On my last trip, my AP went kapoot on me from getting wet on Kali. I either need to get a new one this time around or hopefully, transfer it to something plastic. Anyone know?

When we were in WDW this summer - they could not put our PAP's on the room keys. Reason was they PAP's are good for 365 days where your room key is not. Wish they could though - it would be much easier!

In 2000, we bought APs, and we asked about having ours put on the room key - but just as the above poster said, the pass is good for one year and the room key isn't. We were staying at the Contemporary, and this is how the CM at the front desk explained it to me.

I don't know why they don't make the APs plastic - I just got my MVMCP tickets and they are on plastic - and they're only good for one night!

I know! I don't understand why they have plastic for short-term passes and not-so-durable paper for year-long passes.
Mine is SHOT.

I asked the CM when we picked up our PAP's, why they weren't plastic. He didn't know but assured me that we could get new ones if we trashed the old paper ones.
