Can I purchase Genie + when I get to the resort, or should I purchase ahead of time?

I am staying at POFQ the end of Jan. I want to add Genie + but already have base tickets for each park. Can I add the Genie + when I check in the resort the day before? I have tried adding it on the My Experience several times and it won't let me on the website or app. I have also tried calling several times but I get impatient with a 90+ minute wait time and when I leave a phone # to call back they always call back when I don't have time to talk. Can I just wait until I get there to add it, or do I risk it being "sold out"?

If you have tickets for your stay, it's odd it won't let you purchase G+ for your entire stay. That aside, I'm not aware of them 'selling out' G+, even during the busiest times. And the end of Jan shouldn't be nearly as bad with crowds as this week (although you never know!). So you should easily be able to purchase it day-of for the days you want it. You should be able to purchase anytime after midnight of the day you want it.

So...lots of answers. IF you had purchased a package, you could have added it for the length of your stay at that time. However, personally, I don't like that option because I find that there are days that Genie + isn't necessary or won't be a help. At midnight, the night before the day you want it, you can purchase it on the app. Then, at 7am, you can identify which ride you want to use it for. It will assign you the next available time based on the thousands of others doing the same thing at the same time. Then, you repeat the pattern for each day you want to use it, starting at midnight the night before. It's not horrible, but it takes some getting used to. I hope you have a great trip, though!

note that you don't HAVE to purchase it at midnight, that's just the first chance you have to purchase. You can purchase anytime before 7 am if you want to make your first selection at 7. Probably add some time in case something goes wrong.

I would not purchase it for every day, since there are some days you won't need it, but I get that some think it would be more convenient to just buy for every day and get it over with.
