Can I purchase DDP while staying at Dolphin?

I'm staying at the Dolphin from July 6-16th. Is it possible for me to purchase the Disney Dining Plan? Are there any other options if not?

Sorry Justin the answer is no for DDP as although both the Swan & Dolphin are classed as on-site they are not Disney owned.

I thought I read something about the swan/dolphin having their own dining plan of sorts... just including the restaurants within the swan and dolphin.
