Can I purchase APs at the International Gateway at Epcot?

I know the question has been asked before; I just can't seem to find it anywhere.

We are arriving at the Boardwalk the afternoon of 9/11 and will have no car. We intend on spending our first evening at Epcot and will buy APs upon our arrival.

I recall purchasing them there one year, but it's kind of fuzzy.

yes, not a problem, you can do anything there you can at any park enterance.

You can also purchase them (or vouchers) in advance online at www.disney.com (if you want to save a little time).

TC: I know I can buy them online, but I want to use my Disney Card and pay it off. By waiting until I get there, that gives me another month to pay for it. BTW, are you 100% healed?

How much of a tip would it be (not used to valet parking) - $1, $2?

Conversely, how late can the car stay in the Epcot parking lot? Do they close it at a certain time, or would the car be at risk there even if it wasn't closed?

We're staying at the Boardwalk and will be taking the Mears shuttle, so that's not an issue. We'll check in to the Villas, then walk over to the International Gateway when we're ready. In September, I don't expect to find a line at all. As for valet, I don't know the cost since we take the Mears or when we drove we got valet free due to staying DVC.
