Can I pay my yearly dues with my Disney Visa?

We pay our dues with our credit card every year to get frequent flier miles.

I believe that the credit card option is only available if paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the year. I don't think you can charge monthly payments.

Monthly payments can only be done as a direct withdrawl from a checking/savings account.
