Can I pay for trip with Visa rewards?

OK...I was planning to put $700 from our Visa rewards onto our trip for May. Just tried to do it and it says I have to order a rewards card which I didn't. The one from last year expired so I can't add to that. The payment is due on the 14th so I don't have time to get it even with rushed mail. Does that mean I can't use the rewards this year?

If you still have your old card, I "think" they can put rewards on it--call and ask them. You might receive a new one in time if you order one today--it doesn't usually take as long as what they expect. Good luck!

You can always put it on a credit card and then called them to change when you get the rewards card.
