can i order surf/turf on dining? at narcoossee's?

I know this meal would cost me 2 credits but I was just wondering if the $75 surf and turf is included in on the dining plan (at Narcoossee's).

It was last Dec when we were there. That's what DH gets every time. The menu is misleading. They have the steak listed, then small print under "add lobster tails". The server will point it out to you that it's included.
