Can I order kids meals at sit down for kids over 9?

We won't be on the dining plan, and they won't eat what is on the adult menu. The two places we will probably go is 50s and San Angel Inn.

You should have no problems at either of those two restaurants with your plan. Almost all the restaurants at Disney will allow adults to order off the child's menu, other than buffets, aycte, fixed price, and family style restaurants.

50s shouldn't be a problem. San Angel Inn is not owned by Disney & may refuse to let you do it, so be prepared.
