We were booked for this August with BB FD, which is now recovery deal..we would like to modify to next August..I got the email saying I needed to do something by July 15.
I see that you can now book a new ressie for next summer, but Id prefer to just modify/transfer my ressie so I dont lose on the exchange..when I try and modify online it wont let me. Do I have to call in and wait for hours? And if I call in are they doing modifications to next year right now, or just for this summer stays?
