Can I make a request?

If it's not appropriate to ask this here, I apologize. I was wondering if someone could make something for me.

I would like a lime green Mickey head with my Dis name on it and "Do you DIS?" maybe no bigger than 3-5". I would like to print it and laminate it to attach to my camera bag or waist pack.
