can I make 180 day ADRs when staying DVC?

I tried to make an online ADR and it asked for my reservation confirmation number. Since I booked through RCI via BlueGreen, I don't have a WDW confirmation number.

Will we be able to make ADRs online at our 180 day mark?

Should I just call Disney? If so, should I call the 407-W-DISNEY number or is there a special DVC number I should call?

The 180 day reservation window applies to any guest staying on site including DVC. If you do not have a reservation number that can be used on-line, you should try calling Disney's central line (only a DVC member can call the DVC line).
