Can I leave a package at Guest Relations for another guest?

I need to get an envelope to another guest while we're at WDW but we don't seem to be able to get our paths to cross. Can I leave an envelope at guest relations at hollywood studios for her to pick up later in the morning?

Yrs - you can - BUT -

Several years ago, we stayed at All Star Movies. The day AFTER we were leaving, two of my students were coming there with their parents. (We had discovered this the last week of school.)

I really liked these kids, and wanted to do something special for them. We left a package for them of snacks, small toys, etc. We left it at the desk at Movies when we checked out. We called their parents so they would know it was there for them.

When they arrived, and asked for the package - there was none! I was horrified to learn this (several weeks later), so I wrote a letter to AS Movies explaining the problem. They did find a worker who remembered taking the package, but no one knew what happened to it.

AS Movies called me & asked me what the package contained. They put similar contents in a box, and mailed it to the students at home.

I have never forgotten how wonderful the CMs were at AS Movies. They went above what was expected of them to make 2 little boys happy. What a great memory!

Instead of leaving something at Hollywood studios why not leave it at the hotel that they are staying at

i did that for my DD. Our trips were over lapping but our plans did not mesh. So i put some money and a letter for her in an envelope and put my name, hotel , stay dates, as well as her name, hotel, check in and out dates. I gave it to my CM when i checked in and she said she would have someone take it to my DD hotel before they arrived. She would receive it when she checked in. She let me know when she received it.
The CM that checked me in, did have to check with her manager first so it might not be an everyday service.

Will you be there at the same day as the other person if so find out what hotel they are staying at and room number a slide the envelope under the door.I would not leave money ast the hotel guest services or at any of the them parks.Cant you mail the envelpe to the person that might be the best thing
