Hi! I'm new and I would like to WISH my way to better health! I am 34 and need to lose about 70 pounds. It seems so overwhelming. I am going to exercise (walk or tae bo) 30 minutes 5 days a week and start trying to drink more water and eat less sweets. Hopefully if I take this 5 pounds at a time then I can do it. 5 Pounds sounds so much more attainable than 70!
Also-is there somewhere I can find out more about the Disney marathon/half-marathon? That would be an awesome goal!!Thanks.
