Can I have two activated tickets at once?

Little back story...My wife and I are currently in Disneyland for an extended stay. We each have a 3-day ticket and a 5-day ticket. We arrived this afternoon and activated our 3-day tickets.

After activating our 3 day tickets we realized that we wouldn't be able to take advantage of the 1 magic morning we get since we have something else planned for this Saturday morning. The plan was to use our 3 day ticket today, tomorrow and Saturday afternoon and then our 5 day ticket Monday through Friday.

So...where the question comes in. Could we activate our 5 day tickets before using up our 3-day tickets and then use our tickets in a way that would let us do the magic morning Tuesday and Thursday of next week? I just don't want something weird to happen if we go and activate our 5 day ticket before we finish our 3 day ticket. Would anything bad happen? Or can we just activate our tickets and use whatever one we want throughout our whole stay?

You can use them however you want. Just make sure you scan the right one each day. Only the one you actually scan in will be activated each day.

EIGHT days at DLR just as a couple? This thread wins!!
I agree, use them as needed. You have 13 days from first use of either ticket. Alternating should be no problem.

I would probably leave the unused set in the room for that day (room safe?). Just so I don't mix up the ticket sets same-day if parkhopping or taking a mid-day break. That would dangerous.. Verrrrryyy dangerous.

Ha yep 8 days! We love going away to Disney for an extended period of time where we can just take our time with things but also do stuff lots of times! Plus we are doing some other stuff in the area to break things up.

You will need to be careful with the app. I bought a 3 day PH ticket and converted it to a DAP after two days of use. But the PH ticket is still in my app along with the DAP. So two entries for my name. Confusing when trying to use MaxPass.

You should be able to delete the PH ticket from the app.

I tried multiple times and it would not delete. But I agree you should be able to.

Bummer. That’s annoying. I had tickets from others in our party on one trip about 1 1/2 years ago that didn’t purge themselves from my app once they expired, but I was able to remove them at least. I purchased a ticket on my account for my nephew a couple weeks ago and was so happy to see it purged itself the day after final use.
