Well have been holding my breath for Southwest flights for Presidents week to LAX. Well I was on 5 minutes after they opened up yesterday and well the cheapest I could get from Providence was $410.00 each. Today Song has dropped their price to $218.00 however the flight would be a 6:30 p.m. February 16th flight arriving in LA at 9:30 their time which would be really 12:30 our time, and leaving at 9:30p.m. and arriving back in Hartford at 6:00 a.m. Sunday February 26th. What do you think of these times and price all the other airlines are sitting at $368.00 for these same dates and times. DH is just fine with these and figures we can watch TV and sleep both coming and going and can nap on Sunday if necessary since we would get home around 9:00 a.m. I'm not sure is it worth the additional $600.00 to try to find better flight times? What do you think can you tell I'm torn right now. My other option is to cancel the cruise.
