Can I have a Magical Gathering if .......

I stay off site. I have some 40+ friends and family that will be traveling to Disney World this summer. Most are staying a various houses, condos, and townhouses in Windsor Palms, but a few are staying on site. Can I still plan a Magical Gathering????

Disney site and info clearly says for "guests staying at a Disney resort." Sorry.


We just back from ours. We did the Magical Firworks Voyage and it was fantastic!! I guess they want to encourage staying on-property by making this a perk for on-site guests only.

Maybe if you have enough on site (8 paying guest required..by that they mean ages 3 and over) they'll let you add off-site people for the events? Wouldn't hurt to ask, I guess. The Grand Gatherings event planners are at 407-WDW-PLAN. Ask them!
